Few easy steps for making Tiny Fudge Tarts

Ingredients

Flour 1 cups
Salt teaspoon
Margarine or butter cup
Water 3 tablespoons
Vanilla 1 teaspoon
Ingredients for Fudge Filling:
Margarine or butter cup
Egg yolk 1 number
Sugar cup
Vanilla 1 teaspoon
Cocoa powder cup
Nuts (finely chopped) or coconut flakes cup

Method of Preparation

Pre-heat the oven to 350F. Take a bowl and mix flour and salt evenly. Cut butter into pieces and add. Sprinkle with water and vanilla. Mix and blend well with a fork and make the dough.

Make two portions of the dough. Take one portion at a time and roll into 1/16″ thick on cloth-covered board. Sprinkle with sugar copiously.

Cut the rolled dough into 2 squares and fill the centre of each square with one teaspoon of fudge filling.

Fold corners and bring them to centre and seal together. Place the folded squares over an ungreased baking sheet with the sealed sides either facing up or down. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.

Servings: 2 dozen

Take a bowl and add margarine (or butter), egg yolk, sugar, vanilla, cocoa and chopped nuts (r coconut flakes) and mix together well till you get a mixture of smooth and firm consistency.

Butter cup
Peanut butter cup
Sugar cup
Brown sugar cup
Egg (medium) 1 number
Vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon
Flour 1 cups
Baking soda teaspoon

Method of Preparation

Take butter, peanut butter and two kinds of sugar in a bowl and cream together. Add egg and vanilla extract and beat well. Add flour, salt and baking soda in a separate bowl and sift together.

Add sifted flour mixture to the cream mixture and blend well to make dough. Heat the oven and bring it to 375F. Convert the dough into inch balls and keep in ungreased 1- inch sized muffin tins.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until light brown colour. Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately and press a miniature peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie so that only the top of the cup is seen outside. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from tins.
