Method of Preparation

Mix the eggs, butter, apricot apple butter, pineapple and dried apricots until every thing is blended well. Sift the flour and baking soda together. Mix with the egg mixture in alternate with the fruit sweet. Mix well to get the batter smooth. Bake in a 9×12 greased and floured pan at 340 degrees for about 40 minutes or until it is done. Remove it from the oven. Cool completely. Flavor is usually better the next day. Tasty apricot pineapple cake is ready to serve.




Quick and easy method of preparing fanciful freeze

Cover bananas in plastic cover and freeze overnight. Remove from freezer, break into 4 or 5 pieces. Bring it to the room temperature by keeping aside for about 10 minutes to slightly soften for the processor. Blend the bananas until it is creamy. Add the raspberry(or other flavour) fanciful and blend thoroughly. This can be served immediately or stored in the freezer. Excellent fanciful freeze is ready to serve. Makes about 4 servings.

Mix the eggs, butter and apple butter. Sieve the flour and baking soda. Add the walnuts and raisins to the flour mixture. Blend them well. Add the flour mixture into the egg mixture in alternate with the fruit sweet. Drop the batter into a greased tube pan and bake at 375 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes. Turn out and cool before serving. Serve with whipped cream. Smooth and tasty applesauce cake is ready to serve.

Method of Preparation

Beat the eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and salt till everything is blended thoroughly. Then add the carrots to it. Mix well. Add the fruit sweet and cream. Blend everything completely. Drop these filling into the pie shell and bake them at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until when a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean. Serve with whipped topping. Tasty golden carrot pie is ready to serve.
