Miniature Reese cups 1 bag (10 oz.)

Method of Preparation

Take butter, peanut butter and two kinds of sugar in a bowl and cream together. Add egg and vanilla extract and beat well. Add flour, salt and baking soda in a separate bowl and sift together.

Add sifted flour mixture to the cream mixture and blend well to make dough. Heat the oven and bring it to 375F. Convert the dough into inch balls and keep in ungreased 1- inch sized muffin tins.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until light brown colour. Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately and press a miniature peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie so that only the top of the cup is seen outside. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from tins.
