Method of Preparation
Mix eggs, farmers cheese, cup buttermilk and blend them well. Add liquid sweetener, lemon juice and vanilla. Drop the mixture into Pyrex dish and bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes. Pour on cream topping and bake for another 5 minutes. Topping: Blend cottage cheese, buttermilk, cinnamon and sweetener. Mix thoroughly. Yummy cheese cake is ready to taste.
