Method of Preparation
Mix celery, onion, green pepper and cook in pam sprayed skillet. Cook in moderate to high flame until it is crisp or for about 5 minutes. Then add chicken liver. Cook for about 10 minutes. Stir constantly. Add pineapple. Dissolve salt, sugar and vinegar with cup water. Add to skillet. Serve with cooked hot bean sprouts. Tasty chicken livers Hawaiian is ready to eat.
