Method of Preparation
Melt butter. Mix cocoa, cornstarch and salt. Blend them with melted butter until it is smooth. Add milk and sugar substitute. Cook in medium flame by stirring constantly until it is slightly thickened. Remove from flame. Keep pan in ice water and stir until it is completely cold. (Sauce thickens as it cools). Delicious chocolate sauce is ready to taste. One serving=( tablespoon) free exchange.
