Simple way to brew crispy and tasty apple sauce cookies

Take a separate bowl, Sieve all the dry ingredients (including oats). Take another bowl and mix applesauce, eggs, vanilla, orange flavouring(optional), dry ingredients and nuts. Mix thoroughly. Drop them into a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for about 7 to 10 minutes or until it is lightly brown. Crispy apple sauce cookies are ready to taste.
