Mix cream of tartar with egg whites and beat until it is stiff, but not dry. Fold these into strawberry fanciful. Fold the whipped cream into the fruit mixture. Refrigerate before serving or freeze for frozen mousse. For variant flavours try out: Strawberry, blueberry, orange pineapple, pineapple berry or peach. Yummy raspberry mousse is ready to taste.
