Beat the eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and salt till everything is blended thoroughly. Then add the carrots to it. Mix well. Add the fruit sweet and cream. Blend everything completely. Drop these filling into the pie shell and bake them at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until when a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean. Serve with whipped topping.
