Method of Preparation

Take a sauce and mix 1 cup berries, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon and water. Cook in moderate heat until the mixture thickens by stirring constantly. Mix vanilla or almond extract, remaining 2 cups berries and sugar substitute. Mix well. Refrigerate and serve. Tasty berry pudding is ready to eat. Makes about 6 servings. Amount-1/2 cup. Exchange-1 fruit.
