Method of Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together except margarine and water. Cut margarine into dry mixture with pastry blender or knife. Blend them well until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle cold water on the top. Mix well to moisten all. Roll dough into inch thickness on waxed paper. Cut into 24 round or squares. Drop cookies on non-stick cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Crispy oatmeal cookies are ready to taste. Yields about 24 cookies. Amount-1 cookie. Exchange: 1 bread.
