How to prepare tasty and healthy shrimp scampi

Method of Preparation

Mix all the ingredients except shrimp and cornstarch. Boil for 1 minute and add shrimp. Add cornstarch and stir to thicken. Tasty shrimp scampi is ready to serve. Note: Serve over rice or noodles (count as bread exchange). Makes about 10 servings. Amount- 2 ounces. Exchange: 2 low-fat meat, 1 vegetable.
